Sherrie is Lead: Emerging Opportunities for Installation Repair and Maintenance (IRM), Automotive and Green Economy at Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator, where she facilitates  partnerships with like-minded companies to showcase employment opportunities on SA Youth and designs and tests solutions that can solve youth unemployment at scale. She is passionate about transformation of the economy through skills development and increasing manufacturing. To support this she joined the South African BRICS Business Council Manufacturing Working Group (MWG) in 2015 where she runs the Project Showcase, a forum where business ready projects are afforded an opportunity to present to possible investors.
