As the Director of ICT Infrastructure, I bring over 20 years of experience in managing and optimizing complex IT environments. My expertise spans across ICT Governance, Applications Management , Service Management, Risk Management, Audit Management , ICT Infrastructure and Information Security management. My strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently resulted in cost savings and improved service delivery. I am passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration within my teams and my persuasive and influential nature has assisted me over the years to communicate on any ICT subject areas that brings change to improve service delivery to my Province the North West. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring young IT professionals, participating in local tech hackathons, and exploring new technologies.
